ลักษณะงาน

- Develop and maintain BIM models for Data Center projects - Prepare coordination/shop drawings using Revit - Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts - Coordinate with M&E, architectural, and structural teams - Update BIM models and as-built drawings during construction - Support site teams with routing and installation coordination

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field - Experience in BIM modeling, M&E coordination, or construction projects, including preparation and modification of BIM models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings - Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MEP systems such as Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing - Experience in clash detection and drawing coordination - Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments - English communication level - Experience in Data Center, Semiconductor, or large-scale construction projects - Experience in M&E or EPC

เงินเดือน/ค่าตอบแทน

60,000 - 80,000 บาท
