ลักษณะงาน

- Provide timely technical and administrative support to end users including resolving incident tickets and service requests efficiently - Maintain daily operations of Workplace Services, including installations, configurations and setup of new computing environments based on pre-defined standard requirements and specification - Collaborate with the local onsite support team to ensure timely project delivery and provide support as needed - Assist in Office and Production network accessibility and troubleshooting Support the local team in rolling out projects

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently studying in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English
