ลักษณะงาน

A. KOC Video Affiliate Recruitment (60%) • Search, screen, and recruit suitable creators to produce KOC affiliate videos on TikTok. • Work directly with creators: negotiate product lists, commission rates, and collaboration terms. • Coordinate product preparation/content production. • Manage sample product delivery. • Provide content direction and creative suggestions. • Track deadlines to ensure timely content publication. • Monitor video performance: affiliate orders, GMV, conversion, etc.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields • Experience or understanding of KOC Affiliate Booking, preferably in retail/fashion/cosmetics • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage KOC/KOL relationships • Able to communicate in English
