ลักษณะงาน

- Develop KOL / Influencer strategies aligned with brand direction and campaign objectives - Identify, evaluate, and select KOLs based on target audience, platform, budget, and campaign fit - Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate compensation, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with KOLs - Manage KOL budgets to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with campaign goals - Prepare clear content briefs and manage posting schedules and timelines

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- 1–3 years of experience in KOL / Influencer marketing or a related field - Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems - Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills - Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, with the ability to prepare reports and performance summaries - Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle urgent or last - minute tasks - Performs well under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
