ลักษณะงาน

• IP Operations: Run filings, notifications and simple objections with IP Offices. Prepare key IP documents using templates and maintain accurate files and dockets. • Client Support: Handle basic enquiries, assist with quotes, and draft reports, emails and invoices. Liaise with colleagues, associates and IP Offices. • Deadlines & Quality: Track IP milestones, send timely reminders, and ensure work meets firm standards. • Process & Growth: Improve templates and systems with the team, and stay current on IP rules. • Admin Support: Assist with admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Great command in both writing and conversing in English. - Eager to learn and comfortable working collaboratively under guidance. - A clear communicator who enjoys supporting both colleagues and clients. - Able to manage deadlines and juggle multiple tasks with confidence. - Someone who appreciates structure, accuracy, and good workflow practices.
