ลักษณะงาน

• Assist in site analysis and land utilisation considerations • Prepare basic 3D massing models or concept layouts using SketchUp • Support preparation of site layouts or drawings using AutoCAD • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and advisory reports • Support review of project documents, reports, and financial information • Assist the team with various advisory assignments and project-related tasks as required The intern will assist the team in analysing project information, preparing supporting materials, and developing visual concepts for advisory work.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Undergraduate student in Year 3–4 studying: Architecture,Urban Planning,Real Estate,Civil Engineering or related disciplines • Proficiency in SketchUp and/or AutoCAD, with the ability to prepare basic 3D models or drawings independently • Ability to design clear and professional presentation materials (e.g., Canva or similar tools) • Interest in real estate development and advisory work • Willingness to learn and work in a professional consulting environment • Portfolio of relevant design or modelling work is encouraged (if available) • Good command of English
