Troubleshoot and resolve BMS/system incidents, alarms, and connectivity issues. Monitor real-time alerts, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions. Debug networks and protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, Modbus, SNMP) using tools like Wireshark. Manage and optimize databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, InfluxDB), including backup and recovery. Support web interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST) and role-based access control. Manage REST/SOAP API integrations and secure authentication (OAuth). Develop scripts for automation, reporting, and system tasks (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years' experience in application/system support (BMS preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with ITIL-based environments.
