ลักษณะงาน

• Install, train, and provide technical knowledge and troubleshooting on Makino milling machines at the customer’s facility. • Developing, preparing, generating, and analyzing special reports pertaining to Service activity. • Manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service • Establish and build exemplary communication and customer service relationships with customers. • Willingness to help others in the team and expect good work cooperation with other Service Engineers and Team leaders .

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor’s degree in technical related field preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering. • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools. • Male candidate age range 25-35 years. • Experience working with Fanuc controls are a PLUS. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English with exceptional customer service orientation. • Must be able to interact and effectively communicate in person and over the phone with people at all levels of an organization. • Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams, Hydraulic and pneumatic circuits . • Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. • Must willing to travel to all customers in all main industrial areas in Thailand and required to stay at hotels close to customer place for continuous job. • Able to work with overtime hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays based on the requirement. • Must have personal car for using while customer visit and standard millage reimbursement can be done for any company related travels.
