Sales Team Leader (Cloud & Software Solutions) The Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, business development capabilities, and a deep understanding of technology-driven solution sales, particularly in cloud solutions, custom software development, and DevSecOps services.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree is a plus). - Proven experience selling B2B custom software or tailor-made technology solutions. - Background in software house, IT consulting, or system integration environments preferred. - Minimum 3 years experience leading a sales team. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of technology solution sales cycles. - Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
