ลักษณะงาน

1. Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. 2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. 3. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area. 4. Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. 6. Maintain a clean and organized work area. 7. Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence at all times.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Strong communication skills in both English and Thai. 2. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Knowledge of basic computer skills and hotel reservation systems. 5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 6. Flexible schedule and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. 7. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
