ลักษณะงาน

1. Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to customers and the Sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and coordinating matters related to sales orders, deliveries, and other important issues via phone and email. 3. Process sales orders accurately and handle all related documentation, including import-export-related documents.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Experience in customer service or sales support • Direct experience in packaging industry is an advantage. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
