ลักษณะงาน

- Support the QA Manager in managing and improving the Quality Management System (ISO9001, GHP, BRC and customer requirements) - Oversee NCR, CAPA, and customer complaint handling to ensure timely and effective resolution - Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (PPM, defect trends, audit findings) - Supervise and coordinate QA Inspectors, and QA Laboratory activities. - Manage workload and assignment allocation for QA team members. - Ensure effective implementation of incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality controls - Support internal, external, and customer audits

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field  Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within a manufacturing environment  Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, BRC and food safety.  Proven experience in managing NCR, CAPA, and customer complaints  Experience in supervising QA teams (QA Supervisor, QA Inspector, QA Laboratory)  Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, and trend analysis
