ลักษณะงาน

- Prepare the applications and/or necessary documents for registration, license, permission, or certificate with the government authorities or any third parties. - Preparing DBD applications, VAT registration, SSO application and other licenses. - Draft, review, comment on legal documents, contract, agreement including giving legal opinion/advice. - Research on or update the new laws or regulations of Thailand. - Perform other tasks as assigned by a Partner.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in law with a strong academic record. - 2-3 years of legal work experience in corporate law, compliance, or general commercial areas. - Able to work under pressure. - Able to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively. - Good command of English in reading, speaking and writing. - Good command of computer literacy skills. - Positive attitude.
