ลักษณะงาน

• Conducting acting business analyst role that making sure project health is in good shape and delivered as per the time-lines without any issues. • Ensuring the requirements map to the real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders and meet essential quality standards. • People Management (to coordinate with different peoples and different teams) for working process as smoothly.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Understand the business analyst role and how it functions within a Krungsri Consumer • Develop an understanding of the software development process (both water fall and agile methodology) • Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement • Help document current business processes and develop process maps • Conduct research on best practices in business process improvement • Assist with the development of business requirements documents • Assist with the creation of training materials and documentation for new or improved processes • Collaboration attitude to conduct or lead team to work with project team together • Can communication in English (Especially Writing)
