ลักษณะงาน

Provide direct administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales representatives. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team. Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint) for sales meetings and management review. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and territory analyses. Process customer inquiries, orders, quotes, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and issue sales-related documents such as Proposals, Quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, and Sales Contracts.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service Native or fluent proficiency of Thai(both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with local clients. Good command of English (both spoken and written) to coordinate with international partners or handle documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between clients sales reps, and management.
