Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency and quality Develop and implement process standards and procedures Identify root causes of production issues and recommend solutions Support new product introduction and process validation Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principles is an advantage Good communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
