ลักษณะงาน

Location: Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand Responsibilities: -Provide technical support to users experiencing IT issues. -Troubleshoot hardware and software problems. -Install and configure computer systems and applications. -Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates and back -Assist with network administration tasks. -Help users with basic IT tasks, such as password resets and account setup. -Document IT procedures and solutions for reference purposes.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support. - Basic English communication skills. - Relevant IT certifications (optional). - Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of computer hardware and software
