ลักษณะงาน

Prepare and verify logistics and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, delivery orders, and customs-related documents Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers for import and export shipments Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures Track shipment status and update relevant stakeholders on delivery schedules and delays Support customs clearance processes and liaise with customs brokers when required Maintain accurate records of logistics documenta

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience in logistics documentation, import/export operations, or freight forwarding is preferred Knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms) and trade documentation Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
