ลักษณะงาน

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs while maintaining effective inventory control. Lead, train, and manage warehouse teams, ensuring performance standards and real-time data accuracy through WMS systems. Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with local regulations, reporting directly to Chinese management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, preferably in Chinese or international logistics companies Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, picking, packing, and cross-border logistics processes Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic logistics documentation Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with Chinese management teams, local staff, and external partners Good communication skills in English or
