1.Welcome and provide services to guests in a courteous and professional manner. 2.Respond to guests’ needs and address their inquiries effectively. 3.Handle and manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. 4.Assist in resolving guest issues, concerns, or complaints in a timely manner. 5.Maintain service standards and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. 6.Assist in welcoming guests and providing breakfast service.

1.Good English communication and customer service skills. 2.Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable personality. 3.Ability to work well as part of a team. 4.Detail oriented with a strong focus on guest care. 5.Flexible and able to work shifts as scheduled. 6.Strong service mind attitude.
