ลักษณะงาน

• Manage end-to-end Air and Sea Import/Export operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of shipments. • Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow. • Prepare, review, and verify shipping and customs documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order (D/O), and other regulatory paperwork. • Track shipments proactively, monitor exceptions, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders. • Resolve shipment issues, delays, and customer inquiries

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Relevant working experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, with solid operational knowledge. • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Sea Freight and/or Air Freight Import–Export operations. • Strong understanding of freight forwarding procedures and Incoterms. • Good command of English (written and spoken) for coordination with overseas partners. • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple shipments under pressure. • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with freight forwarding systems is an advantage.
