ลักษณะงาน

- Assist the Lead teacher in daily classroom operations, ensuring materials and environment are child-ready. - Support children with practical life activities (toileting, dressing, meals) while encouraging independence. - Maintain classroom order, cleanliness, and safety according to Montessori principles. - Respectfully observe and respond to children’s needs, protecting their dignity and concentration. - Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional working environment. Duration: At least 3 months ฝึกงานอย่างน้อย 3 เดือนขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field. - Interest in Montessori philosophy - Patience, reliability, and strong teamwork skills. - Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
