ลักษณะงาน

-Greeting Visitor and Customer. -General Administrative and Clerical support. -Devising and maintaining office systems. -Booking rooms and conference facilities per request. -Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts. -Coordinating with International affair occasionally.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Female age between 20-25 years old -Bachelor or higher degree in IT, Computer Business, Marketing, Business Administration orrelated fields -0-2 years’ experience in related field is advantageous (Fresh graduates are welcome!) •Computer literature and understanding of Email and Internet -Good command of English (Both written and spoken !!) -Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills -Have a service mind, hardworking and patient -Ability to stay calm under pressure -Good at juggling tasks and prioritising -Positive Thinking
