ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities: • Prepare, send and follow up on freight quotations. • Communicate daily with overseas agents and follow up on leads. • Coordinate with pricing and operations teams for accurate info. • Ensure all quotes follow trade and customs regulations. • Keep records of partners and potential agents up to date. • Monitor industry trends and regulation changes. • Research market opportunities to support business growth. • Assist with reporting, marketing and LinkedIn posts. • Follow up on meetings, visits and conferences. • Join weekly team meetings to share updates and ideas.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent English communication (written and spoken) - Any additional language is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proactive with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. • Experience or education in logistics is a plus. • Confident using Microsoft Office (email tools are a bonus). • Curious, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
