Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, accurately, and with empathy • Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction • Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and system changes • Meet individual and team performance goals
