Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily café and restaurant operations to maintain excellent service standards - Train, mentor, and support service staff to enhance performance and teamwork - Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams for seamless operations - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve service-related issues efficiently - Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations - Assist in scheduling, staff management, and inventory control

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Passion for customer service and the food & beverage industry - Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic team - Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is a plus
