Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales, Marketing & Operations Manager to lead revenue growth, brand positioning, and operational efficiency in Thailand and selected ASEAN markets. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic sales & marketing with day-to-day operations management in a fast-growing technical B2B environment. Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development (50%) - Marketing & Brand Building (20%) - Operations (30%)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications & Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Business, or related field. Master’s/MBA is a plus. ● Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in insulation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial materials. ● Proven track record of achieving multi-million sales targets in Thailand/ASEAN. ● A strong existing network with EPCs, contractors, and engineering companies in Thailand is highly advantageous. ● Technical understanding of passive fire protection and thermal insulation
