PERFORMANCES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Student Enrollment & Records ● Maintain accurate and updated student enrollment information and inform relevant departments of changes. ● Maintain complete and organized student records, including personal, academic, and attendance data. ● Prepare transcripts, certificates, report cards, and other official documents as required. ● Manage student withdrawals in accordance with school policy. - Registration & Event Coordination - Attendance & Substitution Management - Front Desk & Communication - Administrative Support

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of administrative or registrar experience, preferably in an international school. 3. Strong English and Chinese skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively. 6. Flexible, proactive, and willing to take initiative and learn. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of PowerSchool or similar student information systems is an advantage. 8. Reliable, able to work independently.
