Responsibilities •Supervise daily finishing operations including sanding, painting, polishing, and inspection •Lead a team of technicians and operators to meet production targets and quality standards •Monitor process efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements •Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO 9001 procedures •Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to optimize workflow
