ลักษณะงาน

- Work with the marketing manager to get and understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly. - Strategize and develop new ideas with creativity to highly engage content and campaigns, and to grow Instagram, TikTok and Facebook audiences. - Measure and analyze performance, establish a tone of voice, style and aesthetic for contents. - Keep up with the latest social media trends; news, memes and controversial topics, to bring the new initiatives, vision to our media channel. - Content Creation: - Edit both visual and video content using social media’s toolkits, Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Film creative and engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook that aligns with our brand's voice and marketing objectives. - Create and produce designs and visual elements for digital channels, print materials, In-store media, and materials. - Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Develop marketing materials (e.g., brochures and promotional materials) for promotional events. - Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the branding and plans

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- At least Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Graphic design, Marketing or any related field - Proven at least 1-2 years of experience working in the area of Social Media Content and Video production - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English Creative Eye: Strong aesthetic sense tailored to digital platforms. - Natural aptitude for creating engaging TikTok and Reels videos using iPhone, proficient with video editing programs and apps. - Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media best practices - Detailed-oriented and a creative problem solver Be enthusiastic, open-minded with willingness to learn new things - Humble and flexible person with "CAN DO" attitude Excellent interpersonal skill, hands-on, result-driven, process-oriented with the ability to work under pressure - Portfolio of published Photo and Video contents (please input the link of the portfolio on the CV) Fresh graduate with no experience?
