ลักษณะงาน

- Invoice Verification: Receive and review invoices and related documents (PO, quotation, receiving note) to ensure accuracy and completeness before recording. - Payment Terms Check: Verify payment terms and plan payment schedules according to company policy. - Accounts Recording: Record AP transactions in the accounting system (Debit: Expense / Credit: Accounts Payable). - Payment Preparation: Prepare and compile payment documents (approval form, invoice, receipt) for management approval. - Expense Recording: Record company expenses such as travel, meals, transport, and office supplies.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently studying in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken). - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation. - Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling financial records. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. - Eager to learn about accounting systems (ERP/DPO) and internal processes. - Able to work well in a team and under supervision. - Internship period: minimum 3 months (or as required by the university).
