ลักษณะงาน

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence - Schedule and manage appointments and meeting room bookings - Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary - Provide general administrative and clerical support to other departments - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field - Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Positive attitude, professional appearance, and service-minded personality - Good command of English (spoken and written)
