Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Grant Writer to secure funding for our factory setup and operations in Sakon Nakhon, targeting 30-70M THB from Thai and global sources (e.g., BOI BCG Promotion, ENCON Fund, IFC, ADB). This role is critical to supporting our 5-month factory setup timeline and advancing our net-zero agenda through accreditations like Thailand Green Label and TGO Carbon Footprint Certification. Based in our Hua Hin office, the position offers a competitive salary of 20,000–30,000 THB/month, depending on experience, plus a generous commission structure (1-2% of grant value) to reward high-impact funding wins.

Key Responsibilities Grant Research and Applications: Identify and apply for Thai and global grants/subsidies (e.g., BOI, NIA, UNEP, EU Horizon) to support factory setup, R&D, and testing of 6 aerogel products. Craft compelling proposals highlighting BCG alignment and export potential. Budget Development: Develop detailed financial budgets for grants, covering machinery (25M THB), R&D (5M THB), testing (~4.56M THB), and operations, ensuring compliance with funder requirements. Compliance and Reporting: Manage BOI and DBD requirements (e.g., EIA, ISO 9001/14001, annual audits) and submit accurate reports to funders like TGO or IFC. Sustainability Certifications: Lead efforts to secure accreditations (e.g., Thailand Green Label, Green Industry Certification, TGO Carbon Footprint) to enhance grant eligibility and net-zero credibility. Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with BOI, TGO, and international partners to support export markets and funding alliances. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., 70% energy savings, 20% CO2 reduction, 500+ export units by 2027) through external testing and audits. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, environmental science, public policy, or a related field. A Master’s degree or sustainability certifications (e.g., Green Label, ISO 14001) are a plus. Experience: 1-3 years in grant writing, financial budgeting, or project management, preferably in sustainability, tech, or manufacturing. Familiarity with Thai funding (BOI, ENCON) or global programs (UNEP, ADB) is preferred. Skills: Strong writing and research skills for crafting persuasive grant proposals. Financial acumen for budgeting and compliance (e.g., EIA, audits). Knowledge of BCG models, net-zero goals, or green certifications. Proficiency in English and Thai (written/spoken) for stakeholder communication. An analytical mindset to track KPIs and optimize funding strategies.
