ลักษณะงาน

1.Content Creation & Social Media • Assist in planning and executing creative content for TikTok and other social media platforms to boost brand engagement. • Help manage the content calendar, ensuring timely posting and trend-driven marketing campaigns. • Work with the creative team to produce eye-catching videos, images, and posts that align with brand guidelines. • Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging influencers to keep our content fresh. 2.Influencer & KOL Management • Support the team in researching and identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) andinfluencers who match our brand. • Track campaign performance and gather insights to improve future partnerships. 3.Marketing Campaigns & Brand Activation • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas. • Help coordinate on-ground marketing initiatives, events, and activations. • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital and offline marketing strategies. 4.Analytics & Reporting • Monitor social media performance and engagement, gathering insights on what works best. • Assist in preparing reports on campaign results and trends.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• 3rd or 4th-year student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Available for at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 3 months in 2025. • Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling. • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and aesthetics. • Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar tools) are a plus. • Interest in the beauty and personal care industry is highly preferred!
