ลักษณะงาน

- Lead the livestream team working with internal/external, agency partners to ensure consistent and engaging live sessions that drive GMV and conversion. - Develop monthly/quarterly live commerce strategies aligned with brand and trade marketing priorities. - Plan and allocate live slots across platforms to maximize reach and ROI. - Monitor live KPIs and continuously optimize performance. - Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing, and Media teams to align live activities with campaign mechanics, voucher strategies, and hero SKU focus. - Analyze and report monthly performance with insights and next-step recommendations to management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- 3–5 years of experience in live commerce, e-commerce marketing, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team lead capacity. - Proficient in English, both written and verbal. - Deep understanding of livestream ecosystems and tools across Shopee Live, Lazada Live, TikTok Live, etc. - Strong analytical skills to translate live performance data into actionable strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. - FMCG or consumer product live experience is a strong plus.
