Key Responsibilities: - KOL & Influencer Management Identify, recruit, and onboard suitable KOLs, KOCs, and influencers that align with campaign objectives and brand positioning. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, ensuring high engagement and loyalty. Negotiate fees, deliverables, and manage contracts with KOLs and affiliates. - Campaign Planning & Execution Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies that support brand and sales objectives. Plan, execute, and monitor KOL campaigns for TikTok. Ensure campaign timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met effectively. Co-create engaging content with KOLs, including live sessions, product reviews, and promotional videos. - Affiliate & Partnership Management Maintain and manage the affiliate network, ensuring active participation and performance optimization. Track and analyze affiliate sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting Measure campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and sales performance through data-driven analysis. Prepare regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and present actionable recommendations. - Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (Content, Key account manager, Ads ops and Operations) to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution. Coordinate with external partners and agencies when necessary. - Innovation & Strategy Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms. Continuously propose creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand exposure

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field. - Passionate about online marketing, KOL & Influencer Management, Campaign Planning & Execution and TikTok affiliate management. - Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools. - Proficiency in Canva or basic Adobe programs is a plus. - Highly responsible, proactive, and a good team player. - Willing to learn and open to feedback for self-improvement.
