Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic MC & Content Creator with a passion for real estate, strong English skills, and a good personality. The ideal candidate will have excellent presenting skills, a creative mind for content, and the ability to manage and plan content for social media. Key Responsibilities: Host property review videos in an engaging and professional manner. Come up with innovative and creative content ideas for both videos and articles. Manage and plan content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and goals. Collaborate with the team to ensure content resonates with our target audience. Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and content strategies to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements: Excellent command of English with great presenting and communication skills. A charismatic personality with the ability to connect with an audience. Creative mindset to come up with fresh content ideas for various platforms. Passion for real estate and a keen understanding of the industry. Ability to manage and organize content for social media platforms effectively. Willingness to travel frequently for on-site video shoots. Strong writing skills and a genuine interest in reading and creating compelling articles and blogs. Prior experience in hosting or creating content for videos or articles is a plus. Assignment: As part of your application, please provide a portfolio showcasing your experience as an MC or presenter. If you don’t have prior experience, we’d love to see a simple video of you trying to sell your own house, condo, or apartment, in English, to demonstrate your presenting skills. The video should be no longer than 3 minutes.
