ลักษณะงาน

RESPONSIBILITIES : ▪️Establishing and overseeing maintenance schedules for injection molds to guarantee they remain in optimal working condition at all times. ▪️Strategically planning and managing the procurement of replacement injection molds based on defined life cycles or actual usage conditions. ▪️Ensuring the availability of spare parts for injection mold repairs in the correct quantities to minimize downtime. ▪️Collaborating effectively with the production team to define and optimize injection molding parameters. ▪️Proactively participating in meetings with the factory team to analyze root causes of molding issues and present actionable improvement plans. ▪️Upholding compliance with quality standards such as IATF, ISO, and other relevant certifications that the company adheres to. ▪️Representing the department confidently in various company activities per the annual policy. ▪️Taking on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor with commitment and professionalism.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : ▪️Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent or higher) in Engineering, specializing in Mold & Tooling Technology. ▪️Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and NX. ▪️Knowledge in Plastic Mold/Molding, CAD/CAM for 2D/3D design, and Plastic Injection Mold Design. ▪️Proficiency in CAD software (2D and 3D modeling). ▪️Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions ▪️Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. ▪️Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
