- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource is a plus - Excellent in both verbal and non-verbal communication - Deep understanding in HR processes is a significant advantage - Ideally in a mentoring or leadership role is a plus - Having a service-oriented mindset - Able to understand Software Solution
