ลักษณะงาน

As a CRM Assistant Intern, you will support our Pipedrive CRM Specialist. You will play a key role in assisting customers throughout their Pipedrive Journey by analyzing business requirements, implementing and configuring the CRM, migrating data, conducting user testing, and ensuring a successful go-live. Responsibilities: - Assist the Pipedrive CRM expert consultant - Support customers in their Pipedrive Journey (analysis, implementation, configuration, data migration, user testing, go-live) - Help deliver Pipedrive training to CRM users - Contribute to continuous process improvements for the corporate team and customers - Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems - Participate in sales meetings and follow up with prospects and clients - Analyze and understand customers' needs - Provide customer support via a 5*8 hotline for Pipedrive customers

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Knowledge or experience in HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript, Bootstrap, or JQuery is advantage - Knowledge or experience in web API development is advantage - Understanding of business processes - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
