ลักษณะงาน

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Executive! Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Your role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for detail is crucial for this role. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails - Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations - Share your insights on the user experience report with the team - Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfillment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfillment process – voucher purchase, etc. Daily budget: THB 600/day

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to listen and empathize with the situation - Good command of spoken and written English and additional languages (Mandarin/Cantonese, Thai) would be a plus - Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
