ลักษณะงาน

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. 3. Collaborate with the Graphic team to create compelling content, graphics, and promotional materials, develop creative briefs, and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets. 4. Coordinate with the retail team to develop effective strategies and promotions. 5. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and loyalty. 6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 7. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively. 8. Ensure the marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures blogs, strain reviews, press releases, and other content. 9. Assist in organizing events, budget, and other promotional activities to generate leads and build brand awareness. 10.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategies. 11.Support teams by providing marketing materials, presentations, and training sessions as needed. 12.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals. 13.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. 7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
