ลักษณะงาน

- Plan, implement and develop service channels in line with corporate strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and service KPI. - Manage, validate and analyze Customers’ insight and key drivers through Satisfaction Survey (SSI, CSI, and NPS). - Motivated the dealership with a service planning budget, policy, and criteria for incentive-based payments to encourage enhanced performance. - Initiative of launching competitive campaigns entails executing co-promotional activities with suppliers while undertaking a comprehensive analysis of competitors, customers, and dealership pain points. - Create innovative customer relation communication channels and monitor call centre service providers to deliver high efficiency and a high level of CSI/SSI standard format. - Manage complaint cases and provide solutions to customers to maintain customer satisfaction and good relationships with the brand. - Develop and establish customer complaint management procedures for dealerships, and promote adherence to these protocols. - Support dealerships in resolving customer issues and developing strategies to reduce the incidents of customer complaints. - Initiate CRM dealer staff to build customer relationships and maintain satisfaction. - Monitor and support CRM operations in line with Hyundai Service Standards. - Conduct annual CRM training for dealerships and outsourcing call centre brush-up training. - Ensure customer retention through CRM activities.

*Global Internship Program will take place at Hyundai Motor Company’s Global HQ Office in South Korea, and Hyundai Mobility (Thailand) Co., Ltd. *The period of the internship will be from June - July 2024 (If your University forced internship for 3 months please inform us). - Active bachelor’s degree student minimum in 6th semester of study (any major) and have not graduated yet. - Proficient in English (both written and oral). - Preferably student with notable organizational experience and/or with academic/non-academic achievement. - Able and committed to participate in a full-time internship program and able to go aboard. - If you are interested, please send your CV to [email protected].
