ลักษณะงาน

Key Responsibilities: 1. Support visa and work permit application processes for international staff and crew 2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. visa agents, legal, BOI) 3. Prepare and organize required documentation (passport copies, forms, supporting documents) 4. Track application status and maintain accurate records 5. Assist in preparing reports and updates related to global mobility cases 6. Provide general administrative support to the HR team

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements: 1. Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 3. Good command of English (both written and spoken) 4. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism 5. Interest in international work environment and mobility processes 6. Available for an internship period of at least 3 months (or longer preferred)
