ลักษณะงาน

Sales Executive – Management platform service for Road Construction Responsibility: - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. - Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products. - Gain a clear understanding of customers' business and requirements. - Review and analyze sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. - Gathering and updating market and customer information. - Liaise with customers and the operations team to ensure accurate and on-time delivery arrangements. - Monitor and control customer payments. - Organize customer visits, conferences, and events to promote the company’s services and strengthen relationships with customers. - Control Sales Forecast for accuracy and expenses.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field; Engineering background is advantageous. - Excellent skills in managing multiple stakeholders and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with the ability to establish both personal and professional relationships. - Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Good interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. - Self-motivated with a "Can-do attitude". - Willingness to travel and work in up-country areas, with 70% of working time spent on the road.
