Key Responsibilities: ㆍ Manage and grow key accounts in modern trade, ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship building. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives. Oversee the expansion of new projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and project execution. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present reports on account status and project progress to senior management. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Promote sustainable business practices and environmental responsibility within the company.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. - 7-10 years of experience in modern trade FMCG. a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth. - Strong negotiation, sales, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software. - High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. - Personal Attributes: - Presentable, well-mannered, and maintaining high personal hygiene. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and demands. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Resilient and tenacious, with a strong will to achieve goals. - Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to drive new ideas.
